Daniel is a technology and telecommunications lawyer with over 10 years’ experience advising clients that include Big Techs, telcos, banks, large enterprise, fintechs, startups and government.
He advises leading suppliers and acquirers of technology on a broad range of issues and transactions, including cross-border data protection frameworks, product development and launch, whole of lifecycle technology procurement, complex systems integration projects, IT and business outsourcing, data sharing joint-ventures, cloud computing and data centres.
In the telecommunications space, Daniel has been a close advisor to major fixed and mobile carriers for over a decade, as well as for many large enterprise customers on their telecommunications needs. His experience includes nation-wide fixed and mobile network roll-outs, facilities access and co-location, passive infrastructure sharing and joint ventures, network infrastructure acquisitions, network managed services agreements, and a broad range of transactions in wholesale and retail telecommunications such as product launches, MVNO agreements and distribution and resale agreements.
