Samantha is a planning and environment Partner at Johnson Winter Slattery and specialises in the education, property and energy and resources industries.

She regularly advises schools in relation to planning and environmental approvals, master-planning, development contributions and compliance. She also frequently assists clients in assessing acquisition and development risks and acts for clients in planning and environment litigation in the Land and Environment Court.

Samantha has advised a number of independent schools on how they can utilise alternative planning approval pathways to fast-track their development projects and avoid the need for a development application.

Samantha has a passion for education and assisting schools in providing high quality and innovative new and expanded facilities.
